Privacy policy
We are a tax practice: confidentiality is part of the work. This page explains what personal data we collect through this website, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
This website is run by Intelli Tax Advisors LLP, A-21, Gulmohar Park, New Delhi 110049, India ("we", "us"). We decide how the personal data described here is used, so for the purposes of India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the data fiduciary.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through the contact form we receive your name, email address and whatever else you choose to add — company, phone number, the topic and your message.
When you simply browse we do not ask for anything, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Like any website, the servers that deliver these pages record technical details such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, which are kept for security and troubleshooting.
Please don't send documents, PAN or Aadhaar numbers, passwords or bank details through the form. If we take up your matter, we will agree a secure way to exchange them.
Why we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you, to understand what you need, and — if you become a client — to set up the engagement. We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or add you to a mailing list without asking.
We process it on the basis of your consent, which you give by sending the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see Your rights).
Who can see it
Only our partners and the staff who handle enquiries. We use a small number of service providers to run the site, who process data on our instructions:
- Vercel — hosting of this website;
- Supabase — the database that stores enquiries (servers in Singapore);
- Google Fonts and jsDelivr — fonts and standard web libraries, which receive your IP address when your browser downloads them.
Some of these providers store data outside India. We only use providers with appropriate security, and we will follow any restrictions the Government of India notifies on transfers to particular countries. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. If you become a client, your information is kept for as long as the engagement and our legal and professional record-keeping obligations require.
Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, to correct or complete it, or to erase it, and you can withdraw your consent. You may also nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is operational.
Security
Enquiries are stored in a database that is not publicly readable, access is limited to authorised staff, and all traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS). No system is perfectly secure, but we take care proportionate to the confidential nature of our work.
Staff portal
The Intelli Workspace area of this site is for our own team. Staff data processed there is covered by our internal employment policies, not this notice.

Accessibility
We want this site to be usable by everyone. It is built to work with keyboards and screen readers, respects your device's reduced-motion setting, and keeps text readable at large zoom levels. If anything is hard to use, tell us at Info@IntelliTaxAdvisors.com and we will fix it or help another way.

We will update this page if our practices change, and show the date of the latest version at the top.
